The Ice Half Marathon is a chance to run on a frozen sea and challenge yourself!
On February 14, the eleventh HONOR Vladivostok Ice Run will take place in Vladivostok — one of the brightest and largest winter sports events in the Far East.
About 1500 participants will line up at the start to conquer the distances on the ice of the frozen Sea — Novik Bay, Russkiy island.

About 1500 participants will line up at the start to conquer the distances on the ice of the frozen Sea — Novik Bay, Russkiy island.
Participants will be able to choose from several routes: 1 km, 5 km, 10 km, 21.1 km, as well as a unique 15 km Mix Trail route combining ice and land.
As part of the HONOR Vladivostok Ice Run, the LOVE MARATHON couples' race will be held — a special event dedicated to st. Valentine's Day, February 14th. The race is organized in partnership with Zhejiang Love Marathon Brand Management Co., Ltd. and symbolizes unity, trust, and support within a couple.
Teams of two people — a man and a woman in a romantic relationship, civil union, or official marriage — are invited to participate. The race distance is 21.1 km.
Over its 11-year history, the Ice Half Marathon has become a symbol of courage, endurance, and sports unity. Annually, the event gathers professional athletes, running enthusiasts, and those, eho are ready to challenge theirselves.
The total prize fund for the half marathon is 500,000 rubles, with additional prizes and gifts from partners provided. The winners of the 21.1 km and 15 km distances will receive HONOR devices. All participants will receive a designer starter pack with items from the event’s partners.
A rich entertainment program, a food court, and a rest area will be prepared for participants and guests.

The start point is situated on the Sea shore and the territory of the Middle school № 5, 29, v. Channel, Russkiy island, Vladivostok
Starter kit distribution should be held from 13th of February, from 10:00 till 19:30. The address will be adjusted later.
Preliminary schedule for the 14th of February:
7:30-8:30 – free transfer for participants from the Central Square (nearby Svetlanskaya str., 22)
08:00-11:00 – transfer for participants from FEFU, bus stop “Mini TEC North”
9:00 – Opening of the event;
10:00 – Start of 1 km race;
10:30 – Start of 21.1 km race and Lome Marathon participants;
10:30 – Start of 15 km race;
10:45 – Start of 10 km race;
10:55 – Start of 5 km race;
11:30 - 14:00 – finish of the participants;
12:00 – Kid’s awarding ceremony;
12:00-15:00 Back Transfer to the City Center of FEFU:
14:00 – 14:30 – awarding ceremony;
15:00 – closing of the event.

According to the legislation of the Russian Federation, each participant must provide a Medical Certificate to the event confirming that he is healthy. The certificate will need to be provided at the time of receiving the start package. Without providing the certificate, the participant will not be able to receive the start package and go to the distance.
Certificates are valid for half a year, and if you have a certificate from other races, you can provide it.
If you do not have a certificate, you can get it from a general practitioner at a polyclinic, at the Regional Sports Dispensary or at the Pacific Hospital.

The transfer from the Central Square of Vladivostok is organized for all participants of XI HONOR VLADIVOSTOK ICE RUN 26. Bus departure 7:35 - 8:30
Also for residents of the Russkiy island from 8:15 buses will run from the "Mini TEC Tsentralnaya" stop to the start point (the Shuttle stop location will be marked by the Magic Vladivostok Ice Run winder)

Team: 2 runners(1 man and 1 woman). Participants must be a couple in love/a civil or legal marriage*.
Participation distance: 21.1 km. Participants start, run along the course, and finish together. The team receives two bibs with the same start number. The result is recorded with an electronic timing chip.
Both participants must complete the entire distance together, passing all checkpoints, and have a finish time no more than 5 seconds apart. Participants are allowed to assist each other during the race (run hand in hand, hold each other, carry each other, etc.).
*The ORGANIZING COMMITTEE is not responsible for the accuracy of information regarding whether team members are actually a couple in love, but hopes for understanding and honesty of the participants

* Or regular running shoes with spiked overlays worn over them;
* Or regular running or trail running shoes, if the track on the day of the Event has packed snow.
**Bottom Layer**
* First layer: insulating (thermal underwear);
* Second layer: windproof (sports pants).
**Top Layer**
* First layer: moisture-wicking. T-shirt (made of compression fabric or synthetic material);
* Second layer: insulating. A fleece sweater or a "down sweater";
* Third layer: windproof. A jacket (made of Soft Shell material or membrane fabric);
* A high collar, scarf, or "buff"/balaclava for neck protection;
* Gloves or mittens;
* Backpack (if necessary).
